Technology skill drives learning fast and it helps both the educator and the learner. Educators may not be able to use all the education technologies but proficient at the ones that help them deliver quality and productive instructions. Educators should be able to connect with new technology that may help them executive their learning objectives. You don’t need to neglect technology because you feel you don’t need them now. Try to examine how it may help improve your job as an educator. There are many technologies designed for varying functions but you need to have an idea of how the technology system works with learning and instructions. Educators should continuously update themselves with new technologies skills, enroll for many edtech short courses, and practice new tech applications. Every day, there is new technology to solve a problem in the education world. The better you are at new educational technology, the more your instruction becomes relevant to the current and future needs of the learners.
